Good Morning, My daughter has flown to Rhodes with her friend and family last night. She is only 15 so went to EE to check roaming was set up before she left and it was. She has had a text when she landed to confirm roaming is included in her contract. She is unable to get any internet at all. Her settings look completely different to mine at hime and she has no option to search for another network. All we can see is sim options Primary which shows her number and used as business which is off. any help on the settings we need to change would be appreciated. Thank you

What phone does your daughter have?
Has she tried rebooting the phone since arriving?
