Good morning,
my partner is working in Czech Republic and cannot get internet he has a roaming package contract and it has worked in other EU countries but is not working for this trip please can I have some help on how to resolve this please ?

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble your partner is having, and I can understand how concenring this must be for both of you. I'd recommend manually changing his network, as it may be a problem with the network he is connected to.
Is he able to use calls and texts, or are these also not working?

How do you do this ? It only works on wifi not EE roaming.

He has an IPhone the latest one.

@Rhosier05 He goes into Services and then clicks on Mobile Services and then Network Selection, clicks on it then switches off Automatic and can should see different networks, which he can then try until one of them works. Hope this helps.

No problem @Rhosier05. If he goes to Settings > Mobile Service > Network Selection then he should be able to turn off 'Automatic' and select another network.
