Roaming feedback

Hopefully it's ok to post good news!

I'm on EE full works (with EE broadband), and EE roaming worked perfectly in Denmark/Sweden/Norway. 5G in most places. Fast. just worked. 0 effort. Nice to have a decent 50GB fair use policy

My wife was trying another network temporarily, but got issues with speeds, configuration. Decided to go for the £15/week bundle after a few days of frustration. Easy to purchase, worked just as well.

I know really this shouldn't be needed to be said, but when we all post so much of challenges we get in products not working properly I just wanted to say all good here.

I'll add also that my EE broadband 1 Gbps service has been impeccable too (though I use my own custom router & wifi APs). Best I've had (and I was on fibre FTTP before)

Welcome to the community, @planetf1b.

Of course it is. We love to see it. 🙂

I'm really happy that your mobile worked without a hitch in Scandanavia. I hope you had a brilliant time! It's just as fantastic to hear that you're happy with your broadband service too. 😄

Have a brilliant weekend!

I will echo what you have said around roaming. I travel extensively and 99% of the time it’s seamless on my Full Works plan. Just an occasional problem which is generally attributable to the local network rather than EE. For anyone reading this who is planning travel, make sure your roaming is setup correctly, make sure your phone is setup correctly and make sure you understand what is and isn’t included in your plan.
