Roaming data - add on

I'm currently in France for a week. I bought a 1 week roaming pass and using my data. I have used my regular 10gb of data and purchased a data add on of additional 10gb. I'm still receiving warnings that ive gone over my usual 10gb allowance, as though my phone hasn't recognised that I've bought an additional 10, even though it is showing online in my account. Will I definitely not be charged extra on top of the add on I've purchased??

Welcome to our community.

I hope you are having a lovely time in France. Is this a text message from us or a notification on your phone? A phone notification will be based of the devices data counter and not based on your actual allowance, so you may need to amend that in the settings to stop that. As for any additional charges, you can only use data if you have an active pass so you won't get any unexpected data charges.
