I have an account that includes my two daughters. We are all supposed to have EU Roaming passes however it appears that I’m being charged £2.59 a day and my daughters were ok but…. When tried to add the 7 day pass for me it’s been added to one of my daughters account, which was already free and I’m still being charged the daily roaming charge. I cannot add any extras on to my line and I don’t appear to be able to reassign. My next bill will be sky high!
Has anyone else had this?

You will have to speak to customer service about this, as we have no account access, this is a public forum, where we try to help customers, but not when it comes to account access, that is customer service department and you will have to speak to them, to see what they say.
