Hi, I have been in the US for 2 weeks and paid for 2 lots of 7-Day Roaming Pass for £25 each. I have been to the US many times before with this phone (Samsung Galaxy), but under the previous Roaming service.
The 7-Day Roaming Pass seemed to work okay at the beginning, but I am mostly going from one place to another where I am connected via wifi to the internet and never really used it on the street.
For the past few days I have not been able to connect to the internet once I left the wifi areas, and on one occasion I had to walk several miles to find free wifi so I could arrange to go back to where I am staying.
I have turned it off and on, I have turned flight mode off and on, I have data roaming on and have plenty of data.
My questions are:
1) Does the 7-Day Roaming Pass work for others in the US, specifically LA?
2) Does EE not have coverage in LA?
3) Have I been missold this product?
4) Who do I contact at EE to solve this problem?
Thanks to anybody who can help.

4) Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig.

The Roaming Pass covers all roaming in the USA, regardless of state or city.
EE is a UK network operator and doesn't have any infrastructure in other countries. Roaming services allow you to connect to networks in foreign countries, and use your UK number and account.
Try manually connecting to each available local network, are the symptoms the same on each?

Thanks to all who have replied.
I now do not have the option of adding a 7-Day Zone 1 Pass on my account.
After 5 hours of my wife talking on my behalf in the UK (because I cannot contact the UK), it turns out that this is a known problem.
The issue is yet to be resolved.
