Going to Toronto for 25 days and will be in Boston for a few days too.
7 day passes seems to be my only option but surely there is a better way?
Thanks

Out of interest, "better" in what way? What are your criteria?
I ask because, historically, EE offered monthly passes for some regions (the US & Canada were both such) but these have been withdrawn in favour of the current pricing structure. The vast majority of popular countries are now covered by flat-rate pricing options, but this has meant price increases in some of the original countries.
Most holidays are one or two-week durations, and frequent travellers will usually opt for plans which include (the equivalent of) weekly pases in their bundle.

You'll receive a Welcome text upon arrival at a country giving your roaming options.
If you are on contract, you may use your usual UK allowances in the EE ROW Zone 1 with up to 50 GB data per billing month if you have more, when you buy the Zone 1 Pass for £6 / day or £30 / week or already have it as an Inclusive Extra or you have an EE Full Works or EE Max Plan. Otherwise you will need to pay the charges or buy roaming add-ons as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs/ > USA.
As you are on contract, just remember to text ROAMING to 150 before leaving UK to ensure the roaming ability is enabled on your no.
