My son landed in Egypt 2 days ago, he opted for the 7 day pass, it has stopped working, and he got a message saying 'we have been unable to complete your request ' please try later. He has been unable to connect since, he has called and txt me, in the UK and hasn't been charged, but is unable to access Internet..... any clues ?

Thanks for coming to the community and letting us know your son is unable to use data in Egypt.
Has your son tried changing to another network in his device settings to see if data works?
Does the Roaming pass show as active in the EE app?
