Phone not working

Hi I am having the same issue. Seem to have started when I returned from France.

I have had the network refreshed in store and reset it on the phone.

Roaming has been turned off. All the general data test have been done by the technical team. I have done what you said above and nothing seems to resolve this.

Yes they work fine on wifi

What make/model device are you using? 

Have you been able to complete a network settings reset?

It's a samsung s22 and yeah all that's been done

What's the error message you see when trying to use those Apps on mobile data?

Can you go to settings >  connections > Mobile networks > Access Point Names > "Internet" should have a blue highlight by it. 

Click the 3 dots at the top right > press "Reset to Default" 

Then try the apps again?

Hi it doesn't have a reset By default just discard

On that screen press back to get to "access point names", then click the 3 dots to the top right.
