Hi I am having the same issue. Seem to have started when I returned from France.
I have had the network refreshed in store and reset it on the phone.
Roaming has been turned off. All the general data test have been done by the technical team. I have done what you said above and nothing seems to resolve this.

Can you go to settings > connections > Mobile networks > Access Point Names > "Internet" should have a blue highlight by it.
Click the 3 dots at the top right > press "Reset to Default"
Then try the apps again?

Thanks for the screenshot.
On that screen press back to get to "access point names", then click the 3 dots to the top right.
