Phone not working spain

I’m in Spain and my phone can’t make calls or connect to data. I’m on hotel wifi

Thank you for reaching out here in the community. 

Are you on pay as you go or pay monthly? 

If you on pay as you go, have you used that sim card in the UK before travelling to Spain?

If you are on Pay Monthly, did you activate your roaming by texting ROAMING to 150? 

Please try turning your phone off and back on.

If that doesn't work, try manually connecting to the Network rather than auto. 

If after trying the steps above you are still experiencing issues, please Contact our guides and they can take a look at this for you.
