No roaming text for USA

I have roaming enabled as I use it all the time in Europe. 

I sent the roaming text to 150 before I left

I received a text saying u get 500mb of data a day for £6.74. 

I tried sending the roaming text again but it was not sent

I just want to sign up for the 7 day/£25 deal. Any suggestions?

Hi @Jojojo123 

If you're unable to add the Roaming Pass after removing the Travel Data Pass, please get in touch with our technical support guides. 

You can call from any other phone or VoIP service such as app on the contact numbers showing on the Contact Us page.
