Like I’ve said I’m unable to contact you due to phone saying no sim and can’t make calls text or use data

In which case your problem may remain unresolved until you can do so. Pertinent questions have been posed multiple times and remain unanswered by yourself...

1: Have you used your current SIM abroad previously, be it on this trip or a prior one?

2: If not, and you're on pay-monthly, did you enable roaming before leaving the UK?

3: If not, and you're on PAYG, did you use your phone in the UK before travelling abroad?

Find an internet cafe or other WiFi-connection, and find a web-calling app that will allow calls to UK 0800 numbers. Or find someone who doesn't mind a call to a UK 07953 number. Have answers to these questions handy.

@Jacktaylor1  if your phone continuously displays no SIM after you’ve tried to clean it then nothing can be done while you are abroad as you need a replacement SIM card, your SIM and I’m guessing here that this has become faulty and your device cannot see the SIM card.  Having Roaming enabled isn’t going to help until your device doesn’t show the no sim.    You need a working sim in order to connect to a roaming network.  You need a working sim to connect even if you’re not roaming.    EE can’t fix a faulty sim it needs to be replaced. while EE can enable roaming on your account it’ll not work if the device still says no sim.

A quick test would be to put a different sim in your device to see if that connects. Is that something that’s possible?  If it works your ruled out a faulty device and you need a replacement sim

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Jacktaylor1

Do you have a dual SIM phone? Can you put it in the other SIM slot and try that?

Are you with anyone else and can try your SIM in their device?
