Hello,I'm working in France and my 5G isnt working anymore. I'm trying to connect on the app and website but the page can't be loaded. Its been 2 days. My phone doesn't let me call 150 either. Can you help? Thank you

@Profile closed    Has this worked at all in this time away ?   Are you on contract or PAYG ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Posting your mobile number on a public internet forum is an open invitation for spammers to start contacting you - please remove that ASAP unless the site admins beat you to it.

If your phone has previously worked abroad, try manually selecting an alternative local network. Or toggle flight mode which can often achieve the same result.

OP says in their first post "isn't working anymore" and subsequently "it was working for a week, it stopped yesterday".

Hence the suggestion to swap local networks.
