Isues to make phone calls when abroad

Hi! I'm currently in Lithuania and since today's morning I cannot make any phone calls. Regardless this is a UK number or local Lithuanian number. But I can receive the phone calls without any problem. Till today everything was fine. My roaming plan is okay, I'm already was trying to change a network operator but still nothing. I had similar issue when was visiting Lithuania in June this year but changing the network operator solved the problem. At this time this trick doesn't work.  I cannot contact EE as cannot make the phone call and they not offering Live Chat option. Any idea how to solve the problem?  Thank you.

Live chat is only available for customers on mobile contract, so I take it you are on pay as you go?

You need to make sure that you have credit on your account to make calls, whether on contract or pay as you go.
