I was charged for Roaming from June until November when I had only required roaming for April and May. EE refuse to refund me the £100 they overcharged me. I am a 75 year old technophobe . I really don't understand how to use the system. Anyway. The outcome of a chat with an EE agent was they would repay me a very small amount in compensation ONLY IF I STOP TAKING THE MATTER ANY FURTHER. !!!! I didn't know what to do. I have done nothing. Except my nephew has cancelled the roaming thing on line for me. But this month my bill is still charging me £25 extra for roaming. So sorry if this is all a bit confusing. I am very confused. I don't know what to do. Can someone out there suggest what I can do? Thank you for reading.

If you have a complaint that is uresolved after 8weeks, or deadlocked before, you can refer to external arbitration - which is currently Ombudsman services.

@Wids : The Roam Abroad Pass is a recurring add-on until you cancel it. Really the onus is on you to stop it when you've finished with it. I shouldn't continue with the complaint & settle for the small compensation offered. I can't see you winning any more.
