I phone 14 abroad

Evening, does anybody know if there’s something I need to alter in settings to get my I phone 14 to connect to 5G when abroad? We’re heading to Portugal this weekend and the last time we visited I couldn’t get signal at all! Or is there something I need to add on to travel? Any help would be appreciated thanks!

If you are on contract, just remember to text ROAMING to 150 before leaving UK to ensure the roaming ability is enabled on your no.

If you are on PAYG, just make sure you had already used your PAYG SIM to make a call or text in the UK.
