EE busness account - roaming issues!

I am struggling to fathom why EE make roaming add ons so complicated. I have an EE business account with 6 lines. I am taking one phone to the UAE tomorrow and need roaming to work.

On my business log in I have some 'free trials' shown as available to add on - 'Business Daily Passport' and 'World Daily Passport' Great! However when I click on them I get an 'error'. Cannot go any further.

Further down the page there is an option to add 'World Daily Passport' with promises of 'Roam in 59 Rest Of World countries,' or 'Business Daily Passport' with promises of 'Roam in 13 of the most popular countries outside Europe'.

WHY DON'T EE TELL YOU WHICH COUNTRIES THEY ARE REFERRING TO? What use is any of this. Totally hopeless.
