Data roaming issue

I have paid £35 for the seven day roaming package but can't find it it is active. Today internet was working for a few hours but now nothing. Is there a daily limit as I can't find any information about this either

Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly? Are you in the EU or further afield?
If your roaming services have previously worked but are now not, try performing a manual network search and choosing an alternative local operator.
Can you still make & receive calls, or send & receive texts?
