Hey! I pay for the roam abroad pass - I’m currently in New Zealand and was using my pass absolutely fine for the first 30 days of my trip then the last few days I can’t seem to get any connection. I have turned my phone on and off, I have turned on and off the sim, I have tried changing locations. I work online and rely on this which is why I pay for unlimited data and the roam abroad pass. Can anyone help?

Do you have any problems with voice or text? Are the symptoms identical across each Kiwi network?
