I have a pay as you go SIM card. I’m currently abroad (in Bali). I have topped up but EE are blocking me from making calls and texts even though my account has credit. To unblock I have ti ring a number as they don’t have live chat. I can’t ring EE because they are blocking me making calls. What a ridiculous, painful, infuriating situation. Cheers EE

@EEisgreat : When did you previously make a chargeable action? 

Had you used that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before going abroad? To be used abroad EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
