Cannot make calls

I have a full signal roaming but I cannot make calls nor receive any call. Although I can receive sms messages.

Please advise.

Try manually selecting another local network and/or toggling flight mode - do the same symptoms persist?

If no - you've just diagnosed a local network issue, and resolved it.
