Cannot make and receive any phone

I have purchased the pack and also have some credits in my account, but I could not make or receive any phone calls. What's worse, I cannot even make and receive phone calls to 150. Who could tell me what can I do now? Or Does anybody know about the email of 150?

Thank you for your help! Maybe because I am in another country outside the UK and the network status of EE is not good enough here in my country, and the staff has advised me to buy an add-on subscription roaming pack.

Did you activate your EE SIM before leaving the UK?

Yes. I have activated that EE SIM and used it for nearly a year in the UK.
