I have just spoken to one of your colleagues on the phone,added son on to pay sim monthly plan now can’t call or receive calls.Need someone to contact me asap

What is the actual issue you're having - can you explain in more detail? Rather than adding "me too" to someone else's post, it's usually better to start a new dedicated thread explaining. That's now been done for you.
I'll ask initially... Are you in the UK or abroad? You'd posted in the roaming section of the forum, for problems with using phones abroad.
Does the phone in question show coverage? Losing service would explain your symptoms
