I have just signed up for the all round on iPhone 16 when discussing the packages I was told the all rounder comes with Free EU roaming and 5 more destinations and the USA was covered, when looking on the app at what are the charges for roaming in the USA is showing me there is a cost? Am I doing something wrong?
TIA

@ChrisR84 : Outside the EU, if you are on contract, you may use your usual UK allowances there with up to 50 GB data per billing month if you have more, when you buy the Roam Abroad Pass for £25 / billing month or already have it as an Inclusive Extra or you have an EE Max Plan. Otherwise you will need to pay the charges or buy roaming add-ons as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs/countries/usa.
Your plan probably has the Roam Abroad Pass as an Inclusive Extra.
As you are on contract, just remember to text ROAMING to 150 before you leave UK to ensure the roaming ability is enabled on your account.

I'm afraid you've been misadvised on this one if you've taken out your plan within the last 2 months (since end of August). The only plan that includes the Roam Further destinations (the 5 additional countries outside of the EU Zone) is the Full Works plan. It still gives you EU Roaming, just not the US, Canada Australia, New Zealand or Mexico.
The All Rounder previously featured this as one of the swappable benefits until the latest tariff refresh at the end of August, where they were changed to be included as part of different plans alongside swappable benefits at the same time.

@XRaySpeX the Roam Abroad Pass has been removed as an Inclusive Extra on All Rounder or Full Works plans in favour of including different levels of roaming in the terms of plans.
All Rounder now only covers EU, Full Works is now the only plan that includes the ROW locations alongside EU Roaming. Meaning Inclusive Extras can now be used at the same time as Roaming, but the All Rounder plan now only covers the EU.
Seen quite a few people on the forums getting tripped up by this change.

Hi,
Your best course would be talk/chat to support(150) to change you plan to all rounder to full works which includes USA roaming by default.
Thank you.
