I'm not sure if @Ibeswick has resolved their issue but I (and a number of other people) are having a similar problem porting our mobile numbers from EE to Plusnet.
I am certain that I have input the PAC code correctly from the EE text message however after 5 days the port has not been completed and my phone is unusable on either network!
Plusnet are saying that the port is held up in EE's back systems somewhere?
Please can you confirm whether this is the case and give me some sort of update as to where the porting process is up to?

There is no access to individual customer accounts on this forum.
Also the correct process to resolve porting issues is for the recipient provider to manage issues with the incoming port.

Thanks for the response @bristolian, will pass this back to Plusnet and hopefully get a resolution soon...
