@Eddie313 : On PAYG you can top-up as much as you like when you like. You do not have to have a pack of allowances. If you don't want one text STOP PACK to 150 before you 1st top-up. Then you can use the SIM for calls & texts but not data as normal PAYG at standard per-unit rates paid for out of your standing PAYG credit balance.

@Eddie313 : Had you switched to PAYG from contract as per the title of this thread?

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Then what did you do with your contract cuz contracts don't just end when they reach their min. term? Why are you posting in this thread when you hadn't moved it to PAYG or are thinking of it?

@Eddie313 : Stop posting your full name on this public site to the wide world.

If you cancelled your contract you have no workable no. or  SIM with EE. You relinquished them when you cancelled your contract.

Something about this simply doesn't add-up, and it would have been so much better had the user started a new thread rather than hijacking an existing one. But that said...

6.08pm today "I still have £5"

6.21pm today "I have £10 on account"

7.24pm today "I was thinking it’s changed automatically to payg but it has not. I

I dont really understand how the system works with EE. Technically, the Sim
card should not have been topped up it is wasnt workable. However, I am not
sure what to do now should I avoid using the sim card or it is possible to
change it to payg?
