hello, activated the EE card in England on Anroid, moved to the European Union, put the card in another phone, now the EE card does not work on the Internet. how to be?

Do you have a PAYG or pay-monthly account?

Is your phone connecting to a local network abroad, and displaying service?

Are you able to make & receive calls in that country?

 I have an account with a monthly payment
,my phone connects to the local network and displays the service
,no I can't make or receive calls

Do you top up each month and add a pack or is this a contract account with a direct debit set up to pay the bill?

When was the last time the SIM card was used?

I have a 100 GB package for £30, unlimited calls and unlimited messages, charges my account every month, last used EE in England around 01/07/23 or 01/09/13

How do you mean by "activated"? Did you make calls & texts in UK before going abroad?

@Dmytro1 : EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network by making calls or texts in UK before they can be used abroad. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
