I hope EE can learn from my call today. After 24 hours of registering my EE Pay as you go Sim Card I had a very interesting 24 hours EE should do what Vodafone does and put something in place for to stop recycled numbers being recycled that scammers have. The whole 24 hours that old recycled number was on my account I was getting relentless scam texts and calls for a guy named James.

Please EE watch what numbers you put on SIM Cards.

@DJDanny9800   All networks recycle phone numbers including Vidaphone as there isn’t an  infinite number of phone numbers hence they get recycled.

 But more importantly,

How does any network know that a scammer has a certain number ?      The numbers are not recycled straight the way it takes a year or so before they are recycled.
