pay as you go - no access to phone calls or texts but I have data

I purchased a £30 pay as you go  sim and have activated it.

I have mobile data but I  am unable to make calls or send texts. I have received a text to tell me that I have unlimited minutes in the UK and EU.

Please advise how these get activated.

Thank you for trying to help.

It just shows that I have the 125gb of data and unlimited minutes and texts.

I when I type AL it shows my balance is zero .

We will call their customer services team tomorrow.
