I had to get in touch with EE at least 6 times during the past month. This was an order to add a top up to my data.
It's been a challenge every time.
The last time this idiotic rep did something to my account. I paid 30 pounds for a recurring 100GB Pack... it's now dissappeared from my dashboard. No refund of course.
Why are these reps given such power when they are completely inadequate and untrained??
