Good morning.
When I log-in, at https://ee.co.uk/manage I see the option "View full usage" but it is takes me to https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/mobile"" which has no breakdown of my usage. Previously I could see my usage including how many minutes, and to whom I had called. On this "Plan subscriptions - mobile" page this is not available, and it is only possible to see the final amount remaining.
Does anyone know where should I go to see my full usage via the website?
When I go to the previously suggested page https://ee.co.uk/app/landing-payg, it get the message:
We're updating a few things right now
We're working hard to get it up and running. Please try again later.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

I can now see it in the app under Manage > Manage A/c > History & Recent Activity > Recent Activity.
But Manage > View Full Usage still gives nowt of use.
And the online EE a/c still gives nowt.

Hi XRaySpeX
Did you try the link I posted earlier for the PAYG user. Not sure if you have a monthly account which might be different. The link I used is :
https://ee.co.uk/app/landing-payg
For me this takes me to a page which looks as it used to, with a page having the account balance, the minutes remaining, boosts etc. under the heading ‘your allowances’ and then underneath this it says ‘Your usage’ and has a plus sign on the RHS. If I click on this the data is shown with the option to filter it, just as it used to be 🙂
This is a change which came today but wasn’t like this over the weekend
Hope it works for you too.

Yes, @blogs1 , your link did work for me when I was on my mobile & logged into the app, but I don't use a mobile much for EE stuff.

That’s interesting as I was using my laptop to access things using that link rather than my phone and the app. It allows me to log into my PAYG account without using the App (which I find unsatisfactory as although you can see some of the information on the App, you can’t save it any way, which I want to be able to do.)
I was using DuckDuckGo as the browser, though I suspect it would work with other browsers. Using my laptop I can then print the usage to a PDF and save it if I wish just as I have done in the past.. Not sure how it works with a windows platform as I use Apple.
Good luck ! 🙂

The www.ee.co.uk/app/landing-payg page is not working for me either - hasn't been available for almost a month now 😕
Is EE ever going to fix this?

Another few weeks on and this still isn’t resolved. Time to leave EE ?
😡

Hi all
I have been chasing this of and on for some weeks no and had various replies. I finally submitted a complaint. I was contacted today by a member of the executive complaints team and it would seem that despite me calling before this has not been recorded as an issue. I had been told variously by agents I spoke to, that it was awaiting a call to fix, that it was first recorded in January etc etc. All seemingly not the case.
I have been assured that this is no raised as an issue for me (i,e, a single user issue). I would encourage you to also make a complaint if this lack of data usage information is an issue for you. It was a simple process where you fill in an on-line form with some details. I was contacted by the exec team very quickly after this. I will post here when I hear any updates.
You can get to the relevant page for complaints fairly easily and there is a form here
https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/complaint
There are other ways of raising a complaint but the form was pretty easy
