Where’s my data?

Hi. Please help. I’ve returned to London from Australia and using a sim I used last time. I paid £30 pounds to get it going and then couldn’t use any of that in a quick stopover in Amsterdam so I got a £10 add-on and that worked fine but now that seven day add on is finished and I still have £30 in my account but no data. What’s going on? Please fix this.
