Using a Pay as You go Phone in the USA

Hi

 

When I am in a place that has 'free WIFI' in the USA can I access the internet the same as I can in the UK using my Pay As You Go phone without any extra charges?

You are free to use any WiFi connection you like wherever you like. It has nowt to do with EE & any mobile services it provides or their costs.
