Using Credits to subscribe to a pack

cvincent535

Hello, if anyone can help. I have credits on my EE account but everytime I try to buy a subscription pack, it asks me for a payment method and when I did put my card details in, it took the money out from my card instead of my EE credits (which I had just topped up as well). It ended up billing me twice with some useless credits remaining on my balance. Thank you in advance.

@cvincent535 : You choose the wrong payment method. It should have been by your PAYG credit, not by Direct Card Payment.

Text STOP PACK to 150 & it'll stop buying the pack & stop the auto direct card payment. When you next buy your pack choose to pay for it by PAYG credit.
