Unlimited data,text,mins offer

I received a text for unlimited data,text,mins 1day cost £5 you text YES then send to EE 1115,offer ends 4th February, I've never had a problem before,but this time I just keep getting a text saying Not recognized try again later been doing it 2days&nothing any ideas plz!!!!
