Unable to use PAYG credit to buy data packages

I was able to top up my credit, but now when I try to use that credit to purchase a pack it says "PREPAID PACKAGE ERROR" and doesn't allow me to complete the purchase. Any help would be much appreciated!

It just says the text message is unable to send as I’ve got no data.

Yes I have signal, and I am using an iPhone 13.

I'm not sure why you'd be getting this error.

 

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check to see if anything on your account is causing this.
