Unable to Top UP My pay as you go phone although it is already registered.

I have two pay as you go phones. One I can top up on the web site - no problem.

My other phone is registered but does not appear on the top up part of the web site.

@KMoss : In your MyEE have you switched to its a/c in the "Switch accounts" drop-down?
