Hi my friend has abandoned me in Turkey. I have a pay as you go 15pound pack to use in the UK and the eu. I'm aware Turkey is not in the eu. How do I top up and buy data or calls and texts to use in Turkey please? I'm stranded here and I need to be able to call a taxi to the airport

@Pizzaqueenxox  there are a few ways you can top up have a look at THIS   You need credit on your account to pay for the calls/texts as your already aware your pack allowance doesn’t cover you where you are. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Pizzaqueenxox : Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

 
As it is not in EU, you cannot use your usual UK pack allowances there but will need to pay the charges or buy roaming data add-ons as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/roaming-costs/countries/turkey-and-northern-cyprus under the PAYG section.
