All old posts about the same topic are going wrong that says"Sorry, we couldn't find that page"

I used the PAYG a few months, and start to think of monthly plan. it seems some better deals, some of them are unlimited data and excellent fast.

What are the pros and cons if I switch to a monthly plan? More excellent bandwidth only?

How can I do it thru EE web? When I choose the monthly plan I want to join, it stucks and pop out.

@littleEE : It's been changed! Now follow How Do I Upgrade from Pay As You Go? to switch from PAYG to contract. Your existing PAYG credit will be carried over as credit towards your future bills. You keep your existing SIM & no. The plan on it is just switched to contract.

How old is it? Might it gone into hibernation? When did you last use it for a chargeable action?

Contracts will deliver faster speeds as well as more selection, cheaper prices & greater data.
