The top up process on EE website only allow me to finish the 1st section(details) and the 2nd section(card details and post code ). The 3rd section (making the payment) is not accessible, for after finishing 1st and 2nd sections’ filling up, there is no bottom for the 3rd one and I can’t finish the payment.
