Hi I have a top voucher and when I call or text 150 its says I dont have the credit to call or text it so how do I top up with a voucher?

To top up using a voucher, text 150 with VO, then a space and then the 16-digit voucher number, for example, VO 1234567891234567.

If your account has been placed into hibernation due to inactivity, you'll need to give our customer care team a call to get the suspension removed.
Once you've gotten in touch they can lift this and then help you apply any credit.
Alternatively you can pop into one of our retail stores, and they can potentially take a look into your number here, too.
