I purchased £15 of top up for my daughter’s phone to carry on with the deal she’s got. The payment was taken out of my bank account and I had a digital message saying top up was successful unfortunately, it has not gone onto my daughter phone. As you can understand im not happy at all about this . One, I’ve paid out for a non existent top up & Two, because this has happened is it going to affect her EE pay as you package deal? Sue Hanmer
