Top up SIMS data online

We have 48 4G routers that have been transferred to us. I need to be able to monitor the SIMs in them and top it up either remotely or automatically. At the moment, I'm told I have to call and manually get data applied for each SIM. That can't be right.  Is it?

Hi @jonlaurie

Welcome to the community.

Are these 4G SIMs on a business account or a personal one?

@jonlaurie : For each SIM:

  1. Use Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no.
  2. Use the Text Service to buy & manage Packs.
  3. Go to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi will tell you your usage.
  4. Go to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to buy data add-ons.

Hi @jonlaurie1.

You need to access the links above when you're on mobile data, not WiFi.

Can you try this?

Jon

Thanks Jon. It just doesn't work. I just get bounced back to a page that tells me a code has been sent to my device.
