Subscription pack

I'm trying to buy a subscription pack but no options show up for me through my account. I can only get an add on which I don't want. I was on the orange dolphin pack but that's now stopped. I've been to the shop three times, one phone call and one live chat, two new sims. I can find a link online but they send you a new sim and I'm worried I'll end up with a new phone number. How do I get a subscription pack ? Why is this so hard ?

There are no packs available on EE 3G for Orange PAYG Dolphin plans. For what is available consult PLAN PRICE GUIDE Pay as you go 3G Plans

All you can do is get a new EE Pay As You Go SIM & then port your existing no. to it.

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Thanks for the quick reply. I have been in to the shop twice in the last couple of weeks and had two new EE sims and my number ported. My phone says I'm still on a 3g plan. I'm at a loss...

Sounds like what you were told were new EE SIMs were actually replacement SIMs with the same no. & plan. Just order an EE PAYG SIM online & then port your no. to it.
