I got a £15 sim card top up thing, it will let me text but if I try to make calls it says I don't have enough credit. I'm just trying to make local calls, same type of calls I've never had a problem calling before when I've had unlimited minutes before, so why won't it let me now?? I've had the text from ee confirming the £15 has been taken. I've seen that a few people have had this problem before on this forum but it never mentions how the problem was sorted. I have alot of hearing problems so prefer to text or online chat where possible, especially when it's something complex like this as I'm not great with technology. But I do usually manage ok with simple easy calls, which is making this all very difficult for me.
