I set up a pay as you go phone on 150 and topped it up and have data on it. However, I have no service when I am out of my house and no service inside my house and I can’t receive any calls or texts. My data isn’t working but the service in my area is fine and on my EE app it says I have data but it’s not working and I can’t ring 150 any more .So I’m not sure what to do?
any help with this?

@Ella49 Where was the device from ? Did you get it from EE ? If it was used on a different network is it unlocked to use on EE.

@Ella49 : Do you have credit on it or an active Pack or Add-on?
What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
