Hi, I’m on pay as you go I have a 30 add on pack I just want to now if my phone will work in Mexico or would I have to buy another add on!

It'll work but you'll have to pay for it. Your pack is not valid there.

As it is not in EU, you cannot use your usual UK allowances there but will need to pay the charges or buy roaming add-ons as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/roaming-costs/countries/mexico > PAYG.

Are you in Mexico now? It should be offering you data add-ons upon arrival. You can't buy them in UK.
