Re: change of home address

Hello, I do not have any option to change my (pay as you go), account address online. I am abroad for a few weeks and really don't want to get stuck on hold and spend a fortune to CS! Is there an email address I can send the address details to for my account to be updated?

Thank you.

@Jaal : PAYG a/c's don't normally hold any home addy as it's not really needed. CS could add 1 for you.

EE have no email contact.

Why do you need a home addy added? Any replacement SIM sent to you while abroad would need using in UK before it could be used for roaming.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC => 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC => 2022: EE 80 Meg FTTC (no landline number)

I have moved house and the address is registered to my old property.

Around two years ago I had this same issue but was able to call from England. I will not be back for a while so want to get it sorted remotely.
