Re: Live chat

Hi there. I downloaded an esim last night as I am flying out tonight which I realised deactivated my sim. As I was here for today and need my phone I tried to delete the eSIM. But looks like I’ve deleted both eSIM and my current sim. I need to download both as I have my schools who might need to contact me and like I said I’m flying abroad. Can you assist?

Good afternoon @Pinar67

Thanks for coming here.

eSIM is not currently available for pay as you go customers.

If your physical SIM is no longer working this will require a replacement SIM.

Should you need this urgently, you can visit your local EE Store with photo ID.

@Pinar67 , also make sure that your SIM card is activated and made a chargeable call or text before going abroad, otherwise it may not work.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@Pinar67 : You can't have d/loaded an eSIM as there are no eSIMs on EE PAYG.
