Re: How do i enter a new payment card

Hi Chris,

I have just wasted 30 minutes of my life trying to add a card. There is nothing on the app. NOTHING.

The only route in I found was to go through top up. Which then redirects to the website in a browser. The website is not adapted for mobile. It's shocking. I was directed to a page that tells me I have no payment cards registered. That's it. No link to add a new one. Nothing.

Eventually I find a way of adding a card via top up. Of course I can't just save the card details, I actually have to pay for a top up with my new card.

So I have effectively paid for the expert.

Come on EE, this is a dire UX. Please fix it.

@bgrell23 : When you buy a pack you are given the choice of paying for it from your topped-up credit or by Direct Card Payment. If you choose card payment you supply your card details which it remembers & are used for future pack purchases.

I'm not sure you actually read my reply.
I have been buying and topping up packs for years so I know what to do and how it works.
The point of my message is that the user experience for changing payment cards is terrible for something so simple.

Yes, & I showed you how to do what you weren't able to do, namely add your card & have it remembered for the future.
